"Please send your CV to Key Responsibilities • Direct the growth of strategic and tactical marketing programs including company messaging, branding, Internet, collateral, lead generation, as well as analyst and public relations. • Partner with the Sales team to align marketing and sales goals, and create a plan to achieve desired pipeline and revenue growth targets. • Direct the efforts of the Marketing staff including recruiting, hiring, training and assessing performance. • Responsible for editorial direction, design, and production of all corporate communication vehicles. • Fully utilize traditional and non-traditional "social media" marketing approaches to create buzz and product recognition. • Develop and implement best-in-class processes to ensure all marketing initiatives are set against measurable objectives. Position Requirements • Over 4 years experience and proven success in online marketing, in at least one successful B2B SaaS business selling to SMEs. • Proven ability to effectively manage and develop a team. • Demonstrated ability to increase conversion rates and acquire new customers by utilizing a variety of tools, including: SEO, SEM, PPC, MarCom, PR, affiliate programs, and blogs. • Experience developing and implementing strategic and tactical communications plans. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - English at a mother tongue level. • Ability to work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects with varying deadlines. • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative. • Experience using marketing tools such as Marketo, Hubspot, Mail Chimp etc."
