"I am interested in to been Headhunted into a Financial Management or a Management with a flair for "out of the box Marketing and Business Development " position in Israel with preferably minimum overseas travel. I use the latest thinking coming out of Ivy League Business Schools including Harvard , Stanford ,Sloan and the London School of Economics. For the last decade I have been either commuting between Switzerland and Israel almost weekly or traveling to the UK and elsewhere at least one a month. I do not mind stepping back into a lesser position than I previously held. Remuneration is not a major issue anymore. The last time I was Headhunted was into Algatechnologies in 2002 and the small office of Kidumim Personnel in Jerusalem(which has now closed) received 92,250 NIS plus Vat in commission. Algatechnologies certainly got their payment worth. I took the 4 year old start up from insolvency to a very profitable company with an extremely healthy balance sheet that enabled the company to do a 60:1 ramp up 2003-5. Three months after I joined the company both the CEO And Chairman of the Board and not really replaced until I left the company. They were fired by the controlling shareholder In January 2013 part of the majority shareholding was sold with a company value in excess of $80 million. I am an experience Financial Manager and Consultant and a Senior Editor of a large number of Wikipedia articles ranging in subject from Lean Six Sigma, SWOT , PESTLE, Marketing Strategy, Social Media , Advertising both on Television and Internet Targeted Platforms. I remain a a critic of Big Data Analytics. From 10's of Trillions of data only small samples sizes of just a few thousand are extracted which are far too small for serious decision making. Still nice to have and the templates and graphs of Big Data Analytics have raised the quality of presentations considerably ( and are very colorful = ) .. But I equally acknowledge that Social Media took the Internet to a new and higher technology plain and certainly has many other benefits and has resulted in companies based on Social Media technologies and tangential technologies already having huge exits and a lot more will follow. I am interested in being Head hunted - meaning replacing someone in an Israeli company who is underperforming or who is under qualified given the substantial growth rate of the company.
