"We are seeking attorneys for several departments: 1. Hi-Tech – Young attorney required with 0-4 years of experience working with high-tech companies and start-ups. Should be proficient in English at mother tongue level. 2. Securities - Young attorney required with 0-4 years of experience. Ideal candidate should have experience in practice of securities law from either internship or work experience at large or boutique firm. 3. Mergers and Acquisitions (Israel) - Young attorney required with 1-4 years of experience at a large or leading firm in this field. Position also requires knowledge of securities law. 4. Mergers and Acquisitions (International) - Attorney required with 2-5 years of experience in commercial law with a focus on real estate transactions. Should be proficient in English at mother tongue level. 5. Intellectual Property –Candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in commercial intellectual property law (not litigation).
