Job requirements:
* Basic IT skills: SQL, IIS, RDP, Windows services, IE Security settings, Registry, Ping, IP Config, etc.
* Experience in training: writing manual, prepare tutorial video, design presentations, training sessions to professional audience, writing FAQ for a product, leading webinars, etc.
* Support: experience in providing support to company's customers, service oriented, fluent English for international customers, familiar with software for operating support teams such as the "help-desk" software, etc.
* Management: recruitment, prioritizing team tasks, conducting team weekly meetings, analyze and improve team processes, etc.
