Managing 24/6 Customer Support team of a software company that provides software to major banks in Israel and abroad.
Job requirements:
* Basic IT skills: SQL, IIS, RDP, Windows services, IE Security settings, Registry, Ping, IP Config, etc.
* Experience in training: writing manual, prepare tutorial video, design presentations, training sessions to professional audience, writing FAQ for a product, leading webinars, etc.
* Support: experience in providing support to company's customers, service oriented, fluent English for international customers, familiar with software for operating support teams such as the "help-desk" software, etc.
* Management: recruitment, prioritizing team tasks, conducting team weekly meetings, analyze and improve team processes, etc.
Advantages:
* Knowledge in the Forex domain

Position's general overview
The Exchange Partners Manager is responsible for growing our partnerships with our exchange partners while maintaining his/her business objectives and targets. Also responsible for identifying new partners and creating long term and profitable partnerships.
Requirements:
• Business development: Grow existing business and take deals to the next level
• Proactive; ability to work independently; goal-oriented; team player
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• English as a mother tongue or mother tongue level – a must
• Analytical skills & excel proficient
On a personal note - Please send me your only if you consider yourself very (!!!) analytical - the tests will be hard. In addition, English in a mother tounge level is a must as well - the interview will be conducted in English.
