We're looking for English speaking ( Native ) Customer Support Advisers ! If you're bubbly, friendly, outgoing and love interacting with people, your place is with us.
We supply the Customer Support Function for an online retail store currently focusing on the US, UK and Canadian markets.
The job is a full time position, we are open 7 days a week from 16:00 - 00:00. We currently have vacancies for 3, 4 and 5 day shifts.
The job includes - Answering Sales and Customer Service inquiries over the phone as well as e-mails in a clear, friendly manner with proper grammar. Soft sales to online visitors. Entering data quickly and accurately. Handling potentially irate customers with diplomacy and tact. Dealing with issues in a proactive and professional manner.
Requirements:
· Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
· Excellent writing skills in English (grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.)
· Being able to multitask
· Being proactive and empathetic
· Strong problem solving skills
· A genuine desire to help customers and make them happy
· Ability to quickly learn new software
· Sales and Customer Service experience preferable
· An additional language ( Spanish ) would be a plus !
This is an OFFICE BASED position.
A full two weeks ( on job ) Training schedule will be undertaken by all applicants before going "live"
You must be an Israeli citizen or have a current working visa.

Required
•At least a BSC in Computer Science or equivalent, or significant experience
•3+ years of rapid web development, using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, CSS3
•Proven experience in design and establishing a Web solution
•Knowledge and experience in Java
•Hands-on and ability to deliver
•Deep understanding and experience with Web development client frameworks (such as Angular.JS, Backbone.JS, etc.)
•Understanding of user experience
•Experience in developing SaaS products
•Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices
•Team player, have good interpersonal and communication skill
•Self-starter with strong self-management skills
