We are looking for a

iOS Team Leader @ LivePerson

We are looking for a talented and passionate engineering leader to join us and lead the definition and development of our mobile applications and SDK.
In this position you will lead several mobile development teams of outstanding engineers in an innovative, start-up like environment with direct and constant exposure to our CEO and executive leadership.
We work in small teams and use continuous integration/deployment methodologies to run quickly as a startup while maintaining the highest quality for our customers.

Responsibilities
Lead the mobile department of LivePerson
Be a highly technical, hands-on and effective people manager
Communicate across functions and drive engineering initiatives in mobile domains
Drive and lead new agile methodologies within the teams
Lead topics and designs in a highly technological environment with complex architectures
Work closely with Product management to define and execute the optimal experience for our mobile apps, and to support the roll-out of new capabilities and features

Requirements
B.Sc. or M.Sc. Computer Science or a related field
5+ years of relevant work experience, including hands-on technical management
Strong Passion for building high quality mobile applications
At least two years of experience building native mobile software for iOS or Android
Deep knowledge and understanding of the iOS SDK - advantage
Demonstrated ability to manage technical teams
Results driven, with good execution skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
