UX Planner/Researcher @ Pumika Digital
Pumika Digital is looking for a passionate, creative UX Planner to research and create a variety of apps and innovative websites on multiple platforms. You will be working with a team of experts from the UX, digital and design fields today to create tomorrow's groundbreaking products.Scope of work:
•Researching background and data, competitive research, flow analysis and user interviews
•Producing actionable insights and recommendations
•Developing concepts for apps, websites, products and digital brands
•Creating user scenarios, mockups and wireframes for work with the design and development teams
•Digital marketing strategy and tactic R&D for developing user bases and increasing user activity
•Working with Creative and development teams to implement strategy
Skills you should bring with you:
•Experience and proficiency in research. UX, marketing, BizDev product research – advantage
•Handling technical subjects and technical products – a must!
•Creative thinking of new methods, new products and surprising solutions
•Excellent English skills, native speaker – advantage
•The ability to juggle several projects, quickness, independent work abilities and prioritizing
•Your good nature and love of team work
•Broad horizons
•A passion for design, technology and everything digital – and for the way the digital revolution is changing our world
Requirements
•Relevant degree (e.g. Industrial Management Engineer, UX and Interactive Design, Database Management, Business Management, Marketing, System Analysis, etc. )
•The position is unsuitable for students in the midst of their studies.

אישור ומעקב על חריגים, טיפול בתלונות ל, ביצע וניהול Audit בתוך המחלקות השונות בחברה
קביעת מדדי איכות לשיפור ומעקב על ביצועם, מעורבות בתהליכי אמינות ותקינה, עבודה מול גופי התקינה ISO9000.
הפקת דוחות ביצועי איכות כוללת בחטיבת התפעול, צוותי הפיתוח, קבלני מישנה.
דרישות תפקיד
-הכרה והבנה מעמיקה של תהליכי הייצור וכמו כן תהליכי עבודה תפעוליים ולוגסטיים
-נסיון בעבודה מול קבלני משנה בתחום האלקטרוניקה, והאלקרומכניקה
-הכרת תקני ISO , TL9000 ו IPC-610
-הכנת נוהלי עבודה ושיפור הקיים, אחריות על CAPA/D8
-ידע בניתוחים סטטייסטיים והפקת דוחות סטטיסטיים
-שליטה ב AGILE ו PRO/MFG וכן בתכונת OFFICE לרבות EXCEL
-יכולת טובה של כתיבת דוחות באנגלית ובעברית
-נסיון של 3-5 שנים בניהול מערך האיכות בחברת היי-טק (עדיפות לתחום התקשורת)
-רקע בהעברה מפיתוח לייצור
-אנגלית טובה
-תואר ראשון - יתרון
-בעל יחסי אנוש מעולים, יוזמה, ויכולת עבודה עצמאית
